Have you got an IKEA nearby? they do some very nice display cabs.

Or a Used office furniture dealer?  look for those cabs with doors on the bottom & sliding glass on the top. I got a load of the top half (glass door half)  of the display cases!

Keep your eyes open for small stores going out of business. Sometimes they have sales of their glass cases which can be picked up at reasonable prices. Another place to look is consignment shops. They have used curio cabinets and china cabinets that can be had also for reasonable prices. Good luck.

I've had a cabinet builder in my hometown make two display cabinets for me.  The first one was built about 22 years ago.  After it became full, I had him duplicate it in a bit smaller size.  My only improvement might be some lighting inside.  Here are a few pics:

I have always used www.gemodisplays.com nice people and a good product

I think many have picked up used store fixtures on Craig's list or EBay.

Also many have pointed out Ikea as a good source

New Display Case help?
Posted by burner12 on Saturday, July 21, 2012 7:36 AM

I've been searching for a display case that can hold multiple models at a fair price, but haven't found any, and I don't have the time or money to construct one? Any advice would be of help,
