The hiatus has started, just to let you all know... (Includes important GB info!!!)
Posted by PaperPanzer on Friday, August 10, 2012 1:46 PM

From mid- August to mid- November is my scale modeling hiatus. The school and marching season starts, so I'll be putting in 2- 8 hour nights out on a practice field from the dates specified. Seeing as I won't have any time to work on my kits, the tools are put away and the workbench cleaned. Forum time for me may be available, but do not expect posts from me as constantly.

Directly to the GB's that I am participating in, GB moderators, please respond so i have confirmation to my messages. I will list GB names only.-

Official Ground Attack GB.- The Caprioni is about 1/2 finished, the end date is set for much later. so i think I will be able to finish it, but It is a fairly complex kit, so I will not be a "restart project".

Seaplane/ Floatie Thingys.- The bird has not been started, but November/ December is the hollerday part of the year, so I should be able to finish.

French GB.- With the Dewiontine D. 510 done, the starting project after the hiatus will probably be the 520. The Amiot will have to wait- it needs a interior!

Finally, my GB.- The Prototype aircraft GB is no longer open to new builders. It will be updated as quickly as my packed schedule allows.

Bye for now!

PaperPanzer,

No worries from the Seaplane/Floatplane GB.  In fact, I'm extending the deadline of the build (for everyone) for a month - to 1/31/13 - to accomodate you (if you find you need more time than that, let me know).  I'm really looking forward to seeing your Alf on its catapault.  Good luck to you and your band this season!
