Anyone ever ordered from here?

Exactly what I said. Like if they think it's toxic why do they still let you import it? Fine by me if they loose all those taxes from sales I guess.

I would rather order from USA but the government has banned TS-13 for sale from American vendors. I can still get it from Japan or China which is why it's costing me 3x more per can and ??? more time.

The American location seems thorough and I suspected the home country location as well.

Would have been nice if they notified you prior to your taking the initiative.

I sent them an email and they were very prompt with a response. Apparently there's a customs hangup going on in the Chinese end of things which is delaying the shipment.

I've only ordered parts from TamiyaUSA in California.

Took 'em three days to "clear" me as legit.

Parts arrived nine days after ordering with a UPS ground delivery tracking number so I could check on arrival.

I may eventually order armor model parts trees from Japan if USA doesn't allow ordering thru them.

The only suggestion I can make is to contact Tamiya support.
