Not sure, i did it from the italeri website and the part came from italy. I would think if u could deal with mrc it would be far less hassle.  I think academy is distributed by mrc ( might be wrong, but ill look it up after i post) and they were great to work with.

Doesnt Italer'i fall under MRC for US importers? If so, yes their customer service will be poor.

Well, my propeller came in... For the price of the parts plus shipping i would consider it a last resort.

That doesn't bode well. Heck since the parts I'm missing are basically flat bulkheads I may as well just bring out the contour gauge and make me a cockpit.

Where can I order replacement parts for italeri kits? I pulled a 1/72 vietnam copter off the shelf only to discover three major components of the cockpit are missing and the only customer service i could find on the web was in italian.
