                        Does anyone know where I can find World War II pictures of Japanese paint schemes that give the exact colors to match the drawings that I'm looking at. I do not want the standard dark green light gray that's not the way plane look they set in the Pacific Sun so they're not going to be that color I'm looking for some more authentic colors.                         Try j-aircraft.com. Lots of Japanese color experts there. Color wartime pics of Jap aircraft are really rare. Why not just start with the standard green/grey and then weather it to your liking?
