In bouncing around on the internet I came across this for Shenghen M-legend model Technology co,

We can design this American Jeep model in different scale of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24, 1:35, 1:72 too in good
quality and high precision. The picture showing the Jeep all so showed the box for Italeri 1:24 scale Jeep.
I checked the box for the Italeri kit I have and it said made in Italy. Go figure.
