Have any of you ordered from Dragon's internet site? how are they for order handeling? how is there order ship time? One more question are the orders from this country or form over seas the reason I asked this is because I don't order from companies that are off shore thanks for your input guys.  ACESES5

I've ordered from dargonusaonlne.com and only had one problem which was fixed by an email. I'm overseas but the shipping time was OK for me

Hope that helps

Phil

I've ordered from dragonusaonline before and I'm pretty sure they ship from the US. Been over a year though and ship-from addresses don't command much priority in long-term memory.

Shipping speed was about on par with most online retailers (save Sprue Brothers with their crazy fastness). My order, at least, was very well packed. In an actual box. Not like Squadron's common practice of "cut larger box into some vaguely rectangular shape and make it up with shipping tape".

Too funny....I just received a package from them like that :)

OP, I have ordered from dragonusa a few times with 5-8 shipping time and no problems with the ordering.

Sorry my post is 3 months behind all of yours but since 95% of my purchasing is online I need to say this. Dragon USA did not work for or with me. I placed 2 orders with them last year and the first one took 9 weeks to ship, they asked me for a 3 week extension and I gave it since they were the only one with the parts I was looking for. Then a few months later I placed a second order and they wanted and additional 8 weeks. So it would have been 14 weeks all total and for me that was too much so I cancelled the order and I have been finding those same parts/kits on ebay and have had no problems. Now this is just what happened to me. It looks like I am the only one who had issues with the company. I hope you did better.
