new photo process - Help!?!

They changed the way you post photos to the site and an old dinosaur like me is having trouble. Can anyone walk me through it? I used to open another window at photobucket, copy the image code, click back to the FSM site and there was an icon that just said paste and when I clicked that it posted the photo. Now I click the one for post an image and it gives me a box that wants a url address and that's where I get lost. I'm trying to post some photos of this stuka build I need a little advice on and the photos are already loaded at photobucket, so anyone that can help will be my hero for at least 20 minutes.
