• 9:00 AM Exhibitor registration, set-up, Vendor, & Exhibit Hall open to the public
• 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Hospitality Suite
• 12:00 PM Exhibitor registration closes
• 1:00 PM Judging Begins
• 1:00 – 4:00 PM Seminars and 4:00 PM Silent Auction bidding closes; Raffle drawing begins
• 5:00 PM Awards Presentation Begins
