Brewster Buffalo , I 've sanded the reverts and highlighted the panel lines ( not glued yet ) and undercoated with mr surfacer 1200 followed this out of a mag , question is can I have the panel lines stand out with a camo paint scheme

If you want to, you can. Use a wash.

Some folks use a pre-shading technique where they will airbrush a dark color like black along the panel lines on top of a light color primer. With camo, it gets more difficult because each layer of paint starts to cover up the preshading. I also use a wash afterwards like subfixer is talking about. There are many many different recipes for washes and you can even buy them premixed for you. A search here should yield tons of info about washes and pre-shading.

Oh, and its better to keep the title short and post you question in the body of the message rather than having a very long title.
