Contest forms

The forms would not need to be edited online (on web), which sounds like a lot more programming to me. If it is an easily edited format, it could be edited on your own computer off-line.  That is what I do with .doc or open-office forms. JPEGs are hard to edit as you need to figure out font sizes in pixels or such in order to fit text in.

Filling in by hand is fine if you only enter two or three models, but if you are entering ten or twelve it gets to be a lot of work.  I am talking about the stuff that is common between entries- name, addresses and such.

ive been asking our webdude to make a form that can be edited online and printed as a complete form. I have done that and love the option, but its not the norm.  Currently we have forms you can print at home.  

Aother option I use is to print the form, scan it as a JPG and save it. I then drop it into Word as I would a piece of clip art and use a text box over it to fill it in. I don't get tired of writing, can copy and paste iniformation I've previously saved and the judges get to read my information without the issues they'd have if I hand wrote it. (Even the nuns couldn't get me to write legibly!)

I usually just print out the number of forms that I will need and fill them in when I get the time.

Either or as long as it is available online. Easy enough to print out and hand write if you can't edit it online.

I tend to write up the information on a Word document and cut and paste the information onto the form if possible.
