RetroWings.

I tried to go visit the RetroKit online site, which i have saved in my bookmarks and have visited many times. Tonight however i tried to go to the RetroKit/RetroWings site, to order a few of the really cool resin upgrade cockpit sets he has for the eggplane series, and the site is gone. Ive tried several backdoor options to try to find it and its not there.

Im very very bummed. Either my computer is an incredibly huge A Hole ( I have an ongoing hate/more hate relationship with computers) and is just chosing to somehow not be able to find it, where it was fine before, OR it's really not there.

Does anyone know what happened to it, or where else i may be able to get those resin cockpit sets for the Hasegawa Egg Planes. They were really cool.

I haven't heard of this before, but just did a quick goggle search. It found the links, but then there is nothing there. My guess would be it has closed down. But someone may know better.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I can't find them either. Have you tried Hobby Link Japan www.hlj.co.jp ? I got my egg-planes and ships from them. Maybe you can find the resin stuff you want.

Yeah, ive tried quite a few options.. nothing. Its really quite a huge shame. This guy had a quite a variety of resin cockpit and even external detail upgrade sets for the egg planes. He was in Europe somewhere. His Harrier, F-16, and P-51 Interior upgrades were really cool. They kept the cartooony caricature proportions( by default of the plane's shape, they had to) while being pretty nicely detailed.

They really gave the otherwise naked and starkly spartan interiors of these kits, quite a visual kick in the pants.

He was the only one making them, so it's quite a huge bummer. I'm going to keep looking, and if I find a new link, I'll post it here for anyone interested.
