Need some advice on the best online source for WWII German aircraft paints. I have several wood replicas that I am starting and I am not having a lot of success finding a source with paints in stock.
What brands do you prefer? Enamel, Laquer, or acrylic?
Just about every paint company has a line of German WWII paint.Modelmaster,Vallejo,Gunze,Lifecolor,WEM,and Tamiya.
As was mentioned, you just need to determine your preferred type
Thanks, I am on the "notify me" list for several Vallejo paint sets on the Hobbylinc website. I will try the other sources that you suggest. Do you have a particular website that you use for your hobby products?
www.spruebrothers.com
www.redfroghobbies.com
Thanks again. I have been in the model railroading hobby for 30 years and decided to make a change to model aircraft. Walthers was the source for all of that stuff.
Scale Hobbyist is another good one.
CPT,
waylandsgames.co.uk in the UK is a good source for Vallejo, as is spruebrothers.com in the States
