Please help
Posted by ram40ut on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 12:53 AM

Sorry to bother you guys, but I was hoping you could help me find a couple of parts trees. I just quit right in the middle of a project about two years ago and two entire parts trees and the instructions have mysteriously vanished. I'm sure that never happens to you pros. Lol. ... The model is an Academy Tiger I early version  1/35 scale. I'm just taking a shot in the dark here, so I really appreciate your help.

cheers

Have you tried the armor forum?

You could try contacting Academy and see if they could help you. But, I would definitely do what Don suggested and try the armor forum.

Good luck dealing with Academy. I contacted the Academy supplier for the US in Edison NJ almost a year ago for one replacement part. Same thing with Trumpeter, lousy support for both and still waiting. have called them 3 times for the status and its always the same BS excuse, "We will notify you once we receive your part". That is MRC in NJ I believe. And yes they do not provide good customer support at all. Nowhere near the level of Tamiya or Revellogram. Hasegawa is good, but VERY slow.

Guys, I got outstanding customer service, in fact so good, that someone PMd me unsolicited, and I just told them what trees I needed and I was good to go.
