I haven't ever had a problem with them, but you might want to login and check the order status or even call to make sure.

I don't know why that is. I discovered a few months ago while using Google Chrome to access the internet a similar problem with their site. At the top of the page where it shows the address bar and the little padlock security icon there would be a red line through the icon showing that for some reason the site or some of the info being transmitted isn't secure. If I access them through Internet Explorer everything shows up as being secure. I contacted them over the phone but they weren't sure why it was showing up insecure like that. So whenever I order something from Squadron I do it through IE. I'll vouch for Squadron. I've dealt with them for the better part of the past 30 years and never had any problems. It may not be a problem with the site but rather with whatever browser you are using. I can't say for sure but I haven't had any bad things happen when dealing with Squadron.

I've placed a lot of orders with Squadron and have never had a problem with any part of the system.

If you are using IE 7, that could be the problem as that browser is pretty old.  And, it would likely not support a newer certificate (which is used to verify that the site is who they say they are.)  If you meant Windows 7, then you more than likely have an up-to-date browser.

Many times it is an older browser that doesn't properly check for current certificates that causes this problem.

Glad to see your order was ok, though.

One thing to watch is the practice of just googling a site instead of using the address bar.  Folks have registered URLs in popular mis-spellings and variations of popular sites.  Then if you make a slight mistake in typing, or a substitution (say a .com for a .net) you end up at one of those phony sites, 'cause they will be listed and it is easy to click on them instead of the real site.

I use Chrome, aqnd used to use IE, never had an issue. It may be the auto response email confirmation that set off your computer.
