There is no need to put anything between coats of dried paint, especially if airbrushed. I lay on multiple coats of Vallejo acrylics with a regular brush with no problem. Be advised, Tamiya is not readily brushed on. With an airbrush, you can apply different types of paint in any order as long as the previous coat is dry.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Hi all, could someone please tell me if I should use a lacquer between coats of Acrylic when airbrushing and what type should i use.
Things have changed a lot since I last took up my brush and my LHS is next to usless to give me any assistance mainly due to people don't build kits these days they are more interested in RC planes or cars.
So I will be grateful for some guidence from the more experienced modlers in this forum.
Thanks in advance for your help.
