Well, the two GB's in question are run by Bish, so I guess I will do as he says!  I actually did start double posting already, but wasn't sure if it was necessary or not.  Bish makes a good point that not everyone is in both, so I will keep doing that.

Stik, I like your idea of using different photos.  I may do that to mix it up a little.

Thanks guys!

If the GBs allow crossovers, there is no issue. To mix it up a little on your part you may want to take multiple photos for each progress update and use some photos in one GB and the rest in the other. That would keep folks in both GBs something different to look at.

I don't often do crossovers, but when I have, I always duplicate in both. If there's any thing that's more relevant to one GB than another, you could leave that out of the GB it isn't relevant in. But in general I would duplicate. There may be some in both GB's, but then there will be others who are not. Those who are in both GB's may well only comment in one of them and can simply skip through your post if they have already seen it in the other build.

Better safe than sorry.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Group build crossover "etiquette" question
Posted by schmidty on Sunday, March 2, 2014 11:48 AM

This may be a trivial question, but I always try and do my best to follow proper forum etiquette.

I am building a model as a crossover for two group builds.  My question is, do I need to duplicate my progress posts in both GB's?  I certainly can, but many members are in both and I don't want to bore anyone!  Sleep

What do others do in this situation?
