Fillers and putty???

I usually use Bondo Glazing and Spot Putty. It's used for filling scratches on autos. It's red and comes in a 1# tube. It lasts forever.

I use the same stuff. I also use Mr. Surfacer 500 or thick CA. it depends on the particular application.

There has been a good recent thread on working with putties in the Techniques forum in the Tools and Techniques heirarchy.

Mr Surfacer 500 great stuff. The super glue is great for large gaps . I have gotten away from using putty's because of cracking and harder to work with.

I like using gel super glue. I have had putties crack and flake off. Gel superglue has not for me yet. Great stuff!

I like to use Mr Surfacer 500,I just use a toothpick to fill the crack,once dry I just smooth it out with a cotton swab and alcohol

I use either Tamiya Putty or Squadron Green or White putties. All three work pretty well for me.

I usually use Bondo Glazing and Spot Putty. It's used for filling scratches on autos. It's red and comes in a 1# tube. It lasts forever. There is also a light blue putty (I forget the brand name) but it hasn't been available in my area for a while.

The red goes on very smooth and dries quick (unless you put it on too thick). Very easy to sand and covers nicely with primer. IF you need to thin it down, a little lacquer thinner works well.

You can get it at almost any auto supply store such as Advance or Auto Zone or Pep Boys(if they are still around).
