Any recommendations for online Hobby Shops?

Any recommendations for online Hobby Shops?  Looking to pay a fair price to a company who has a well stocked inventory and delivers within reasonable time frames please - thanks!

megahobby.com is awesome. Some of the prices for actual kits are a little high but their selection on after market parts is hard to beat.

I second that on megahobby.com as well. Others:

Squadron.com

Spruebrothers.com

Internethobbies.com

hobbylinc.com

1001modelkits.com

Ok will try them for some wash bottles I need - thanks!  Any thoughts please on where I can purchase a small, simple punch and die set by chance?  I looked on their site but did not initially see one

It depends on the subject.

Ships- Freetime Hobbies and White Ensign Hobbies.

Photo Etch- straight to the source Gold Medal Models and Toms Model.

I like Squadron, but their website is a little hard. It seems straightforward, but with some clever tricks there are a lot of items that you can find with a little subterfuge. not a great thing as a retailer.

I buy a lot of stuff like paint from Amazon. If its there its in stock, and usually here within a week.

They are my favorite.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Amazon has been getting more of my business. Since their Great Models buyout and new website, it seems to me Sprue Brothers prices and assortment have not been as good. Similar to Squadron, I also don't much like places without real time inventory displayed, something lost in the  deal at Sprue.

It's okay to not have it on models, it's a rarity ordering more than one of a given kit, in stock or not is fine. But it's a pain in the a** to order paint with no idea how much they have available. Quite frustrating to order 3 jars of Dark Yellow, and get a 'Sorry, only one in stock. We'll have more soon' message.

I had some recent inexpensive success with a Hong Kong company: rcecho.com. Prices were good and shipping was fast and reasonably priced (for regular post).

Towerhobbies is good. I've used them for years. They are very prompt, with good packaging, etc. Shipping can be a bit high, but they have specials a lot.

Spruebrothers (probably the best for AM), megahobby, squadron, scalehobbyist are all good as well.

For the punches look at Micromark. Got mine on sale a while back.

I find that Scalehobbyist has the lowest prices on paints, am stuff and kits, sometimes lower than Squadron's sale items. Sprue Bros ships very fast but their pricing is hit and miss.

That's the one I have my eye on.  I will be patient and wait for Micromark to put it on sale - thanks!

I completely agree with all afore mentioned hobby outlets. One that I didn't see mentioned was Hannant's in the UK. Great place for hard to find AM stuff. But, the place where I have scored the vast majority of my kits, reference books, AM, etc... is ebay. I know some folks have had some bad experiences but that is not the case with me. Albeit, since the growth of ebay good deals are more difficult to find but, they are there once in a while. I especially like ebay for scoring that occasional OOP or hard to find kit, AM set or decals.

Scalehobbyist by far has great pricing and ships fast with an average of 9.99 shipping no matter how much is ordered. Best price for Tamiya paint at 2.39 and is the large jars
