I recently bought my first miniart thinking it would be simply gluing the walls together but realized that it is vacuum instead of solid plastic which I must glue together to form the front and back. How do you glue them since the plastic is thin?
They have an Assembly Guide on the Mini-Art website, I've seen these made up & they look good.

Don't feed the CM!
i have used the old stand by Testors tube glue since its thick enough and gives me a good bond once it has dried... i had a friend use Zap A Gap glue but it dried too quick for him

I had a heck of a time with their buildings and the only solution I came up with was to use stock pieces of styrene along the edges that stiffens up the joint that gave it a better bond. I don't like that you have to go to these lengths for an assembly but the pieces are vacuum formed and very thin. My hats off to anybody who can pull off building one of these things without some help. This was my last Mini Art building. Terry
Hi;
I have done two for the train layout at the Museum . NEVER AGAIN !
I will go back to what I can find in the train catalogues . After all I have to do them in four scales !
i have a 76.2mm at gun partly done. IIRC the plastic is softer so i had to take the sandpaper down a couple of grades.
