Wow! Thanks for the heads up
I'd read some build ups about it. www.modelingmadness.com/.../tmc325n.htm
Not my cup of tea, but I didn't recall reading any insurmountable issues regarding construction, just some shape issues.

In the 1/35 scale armor realm, the Zvezda T-60 light tank is often considered the worst kit. Mine came with a real Soviet Guards hat emblem (prior to the end of the Soviet Union), so it was well worth the cost.

The worst kit I tried- and through away was a Maquette Boeing 307. The fuselage, though plastic, looked like paper machie, and had that texture. I could probably have fixed that, but the fuselage profiles didn't match- one side was significantly taller than the other side. it would take so much reshaping it was not worth it.

The worst kit I have dealt with was the Trumpeter KA-A1 Tank. The plastic was terribly soft and the hull of the kit was warped. If I am not mistaken, the kit looks like it was designed to have be motorized. I'll have to post some pictures of it, I had to come up with a creative camo scheme to help hide some of the problems. I built it for my son so I wasn't too concerned with accuracy since he will be playing with it. I was going to make it look decent, but it was just a royal pain in the #@$!
On the Bench: Lots of unfinished projects!
I'll nominate the Aurora U.S.S. Halford. The box top said it was a Fletcher-class destroyer, and showed a picture of such a ship fitted with a seaplane (as a few of the Fletchers, including the Halford, were). Inside the box was an incredibly crude thing vaguely resembling a Sumner-class ship, with a couple of parts that were supposed to resemble a seaplane and a catapult. (None of the Sumner- or Gearing-class ships was so equipped.)
Come to think of it, I suspect there's some alleged sailing ship in the Heller line that I'd rank even lower. But I haven't seen all of them.
Youth, talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are no match for old age and treachery.
Hey , Proff !
You actually saw a U.S.S.Halford kit ? That's like finding a model of the " Q " ship Right ? Funny , When I was aboard the U.S.S. Osbourn D.D.846 , I wanted that kit . I wanted to do a model of " Home " Glad I didn't waste my money .
You are right about the Heller line , BUT , they are still " Pretty " ships . T.B.
