Good luck dealing with Trumpeter. I had a damaged canopy in one of their planes and emailed them and the distributer. That was 2 years ago. I went with a Squadron vac canopy replacement. Same thing from Academy and their lack of customer service.

I'll be interested to see how this works out. I have a feeling you're just going to get a runaround. The chances of getting in touch with somebody who actually has something to do with the manufacturing process are, I fear, just about zilch. I'm not even confident of the company's ability to supply replacement parts.

But maybe I'm wrong. I hope so.

As far as I'm aware, the US distributor for Trumpeter is Stevens International.  http://www.stevenshobby.com

I tried googling it but only could find they're based out of China. I don't see anything of US Corporate office. Look inside your instruction guide and see if there's anything. Good luck.
