Revell 1/48 f-15 UGH

How exactly is it not matching up?  I haven't built the F-15 in years, and the one I build was the old Monogram F-15, yet I do have Revell's F-15E in my stash.

And looks to be bent outward at the front where the gun
Cannon would be..if I dry fit it, one side is wider and dose not met up..also the tail area is like that too....may have to take pic...also work now..

Sounds like there's a step in the fit where one side overlaps the other, and there's a ridge along the seam. Heating the plastic won't fix that. You will probably want to cut off the mounting pegs that run along the seams, then carefully glue the seams together in small sections, and clamping the seam until the glue dries. Won't be easy, but I think anyone building any of the -15 kits run into that issue. It did on my Tamiya kit.

   for this issue should i use super glue or reg model glue this this trouble..

Im use reg model glue for main parts but super glue for metal and landing gears.

Pretty much any wide bodied kit has this issue to some degree. Trying to cram that much plastic together, especially when there's a nose section still to add to the mix, makes things a bit tricky. Your best bet is some super glue with accelerator. You'll pull your hair out if you're to go in small steps at a time waiting for glue or liquid cement to do its job, especially considering that when you start trying to clamp the other side down , the opposing tension will start pulling your other side back up if the glue isn't fully set. Just make sure you don't have any big spots of glue before you add kicker or you'll spend forever sanding it down. Add glue, squeeze area together as best as you can get it to align, smear squeeze out, then hit it with kicker, and you should be good in a few seconds.

Another thing you can try adding is some internal reinforcing strips after the parts are set.  You would need them to be wide enough to have enough of a gripping area and thick enough for strength and still fit, which with an Eagle shouldn't be a problem.
