Well, I would start with google. I came up with a number of professional model builders in my search. My first thought was FSM classifieds, but the only model builder there specifies that he will build aircraft models. Still, you could try contacting him and seeing if he recommends anyone. Personally, I build models and sell them, so I guess you could call me a professional, but I specialize in railroad models.
