I haven't used that particular brand but I have used a clear Matte Acrylic Sealer before. I used a generic brand that I picked up in an A.C.Moore store. The brand is "Plaid" and it came in a 12oz. spray can for a reasonable price. It was about 3 or 4 years ago so I don't remember what the price was(that's what happens to old farts like me, it's called "CRS" can't remember s**t). I put it over a gloss white enamel paint job on a Mig-3 that I built with no problem. It dulled down the gloss just enough to make it look good. The plane took a 3rd place at the next show I took it to. I've also used it on a few of my 1/72 aircraft that were painted with Vallejo acrylics with no problems. It feels like I still have about 1/2 can left so whatever the price, I think that it was worth it. I have a couple cans of Dullcote around somewhere that I picked up at a show for a decent price but I haven't used them yet.
I'd say to buy a can of the Matte Sealer, paint a few spare parts with various paints and try the sealer on them and see how they look. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" right?
Hope that this info helps.
