"All you mugs need to get busy building, and post pics!"
Thanks Blacksheep for the reply. Me too, I was hooked again after my first build after returning to the hobby after 25 years. I suppose that 12 models comment was more geared for developing techniques and mastering the build. When I look back at the 1st kit now, I think, what was that!!??
It's such a fun hobby, couldn't ask for a better way to spend a day off....especially here in Australia where it's winter time.

I'm finally retired. Now time I got, money I don't.
12 kits before really getting into the hobby? Pffffttt... I was so into it after building just one kit back in the 70s. LOL!
I once heard about 8 months ago when I started back up with plastic modeling as a hobby that it take 12 kits before you really get going into the hobby. Well I just finished #11 being Hasegawa's Spitfire MkVIII 'against japan' limited edition! and about to start #12. Im loving every kit I build more enjoyable then the last and my skills from the first model 8 months to this most recent one has improved two fold when I look back at the kits. Still a long way from prefect but love the hobby ever so much, even with my rookie mistakes.
Anyhow, here's my silly you tube video of the build, have a look if you dare....haha.
