                        Hello

                         

                        One thing that may seem strange to many is that from now on, before buying a Tamiya kit I wish to know what year the kit is

                         

                        How do I find out online?

                         

                        Thank you

                        Tamiya please produce these models: TOG II*, Bob Semple Tank, Renault FT-17, Black Prince, 1/350 HMS Vanguard and more British stuff! If anyone works Tamiya or can pass this on, please do so!

                        Scalemates.com has a database that covers most kits and their histories. As well as changes made to the kit in any subsequent re issues.

                        Panzer graph magazine has a issue out I forget wat isue # but it's dedicated to tamyia kits and has every one listed by year until just a few yes ago.

                        Plus's a few really nice tamyia builds its in Japanese but the year and a few articles are in english

                        I whent and found my issue its PANZER GRAPH 12 issue spring 2008 

                        It also list a couple kits that wear to be released. I purchased mine at dragon online USA

                        For $16 American it list the kit yr along with box art.
