Here's a suggestion, I try to follow.
This is a great opportunity to try scratchbuilding. If you hace the A IP, that probably is useful as an overall pattern.
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
I've had to get replacement parts twice. Both time, it took a while, and I didn't hear from Revell, but the parts came at no charge.
No complaints from me. Just be patient.
I build 1/48 scale WW2 fighters.
Have fun.
goldhammer X3---always found R/M parts support top notch. Might take a couple of more weeks, but if they have them they will show up.

If the kit is currently available in their catalog, you will get your part in short order. I always have.

Ok, thank you guys. I guess I will start my Hasegawa F/A 18-C while I wait.

Have patience. They always come thru with your request. If it's a ROG then it will take longer cuz the parts come from The Fatherland. Revell USA parts come in faster, usually 4-8 weeks.
The gentleman in charge of replacement parts is Al and you can reach him via the main number listed on the Revell site.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
i have had great luck with them. i have had parts come in a week after request. I have also had parts take over 2 months to come in. Nonetheless they always came in.
Hi,
Has anyone dealt with Revell's Customer service? I started the F/A 18-E and promptly lost the instrument panel I ordered the part on-line from Revell on the 28th of Feb. I got the auto reply saying that parts ordered online took 2 weeks to process. I called Revell but am unable to talk to a person. Does it take a long time to get parts from them?
