Replacement part orders from revell and wierd extras
Posted by Ghostrider114 on Saturday, June 11, 2016 11:31 PM

I'm not sure what's going on here, I just got a bunch of replacement parts from revell that came with some wierd extras.  I ordered three small parts for the F-15E I just wrapped up for the Boeing GB, some minor stuff that I knocked off while puting it up on the display shelf.

In the mail today I recieved a small padded envelope with two of the parts and a small box with the third part, which in itself is kinda odd, since they could have put them all in the same box.  But here's the really odd part, the envelope also included a sheet of decals for the Steamboat Robert E. Lee, and the box had a commemorative pin celebrating 50 years of the '57 Chevy.  Neither of which were listed on the invoices.

Anyone else get wierd stuff from Revell lately?

Someone, somewhere, is asking, "Where in the world are those decals for my steamboat, and that cool pin for my '57?"

LOL Gary, I was about to post the same response.

I have read about a couple of forum members getting the Chevy pin So looks like they may be sending those out.

You probably ought to contact Revell and ask about it.  I can't say anything about the pin, but as far as the decal sheet goes, maybe you got someone else's order mixed in with yours.
