Squadron has some good prices. For example, in 1:35 they have T-35 for $27.99 by Zvezda, Hobby Boss Sturmpanzer for $23.09 and ZIS-30 self propelled gun for $25.19etc.
What to do?
Buy now (while the price is low and the quantities last ) or wait for closer to Black Friday/Christmas/my birthday
Well, I've noticed Squadron to be out of stock on some sale items or to have very low inventory and sell them out fast. So if you want it personally I'd advise you to buy it while they have it. They may put what you want on sale during Black Friday but not have it.

Squadron has so many "sales" that it's hard to know when to pull the trigger, especially when stuff goes in and out of stock so often as Gamera stated. Some of their advertised sale items are already out of stock when the sale begins!
I buy from them from time to time, and from Sprue Brothers and Scalehobbiest as well. Scale almost always has the best price, so it's worth a look before you order from a Squadron sale - their regular price is often equal to or lower than the "sale" price, and they maintain a pretty stable inventory.
Not to take anything away from Squadron; their shipping and customer service is nopnotch, but it pays to shop around. Happy modeling!

Squadron has some insane sales now and then, you just have to be patient sort of like going fishing. I have grabbed $30 kits for $5, brand new decal sheets for as low as .50 just to name a few.
Freetime Hobbies is another one that once in a while drops prices big time.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
Buy now...
For sure, they seem to have the most sales.
Anyone else find that their regular prices are usually a bit more than average prices elsewhere? Done purposely or not, it makes it seem you are saving a lot, but in reality you aren't.
In the end though, it's your money and how you wish to spend it. If these were kits you have been looking out for, or want to expand your stash, go for it. Waiting for the Black Friday event won't necessarily give you a better deal. Past few years I think the savings depends on how much you spend - lots of purchases to get the maximum discount, instead of savings on one individual kit.

Jack
Some of those very nice most wanted kits are short runs, and when they are gone, it may be a long time, if ever, before they are repopped.

Scalehobbyist.com is my go-to one stop shopping and they have the best prices around. Look there before shopping elsewhere.
Yeah, as Jack said their regular sales discount about as much as most places charge with the regular price. I normally just buy from Sprue Brothers. But their special sales often are much much better. I picked up a pile of stuff about half price back on their 'spring cleaning' sale.
BlackSheepTwoOneFour Scalehobbyist.com is my go-to one stop shopping and they have the best prices around. Look there before shopping elsewhere.
These lastest sales from Squadron aren't really anything to be excited about. Their holiday sales have a much larger discount. During their labor day sale I picked up a model for 50% off. During this last sale it was only 15% off.
Squadron really discounts their books during the holiday sales.
Scalehobbyist does have some great prices and purchase many kits from them, but I learned a long time ago to shop around between the major on-line stores, ebay and overseas to get the best prices. Japan was a great buy at times, and shipping didn't cost anymore than shipping in the states. Now the yen to dollar ratio is down almost 30% so great finds are getting harder to fine.
I put Squadrons price match to the test, it states that if you find a lower price anywhere and can prove it they will match the lower price. By the time shipping was calculated I think I wound up saving about $3.00 but it was nice to see a company stand behind its policy. As for Squadrons restock of items.......well I call it saving money.
