If you dip your clear parts in Future (Use that technique) then you can carefully use C/A without any problem creating a very strong bond. Particulary for inside windows on aircraft. I will then go back the next day and use a needle to place more C/A in the inside seam then let cure and touch up paint if needed.
I also have no problem with Elmers White Glue-All for canopies. They have strengthened their formula not that long ago. But again if "Futured", then careful application of C/A is my first choice for canopies.
Always dry fit.
