Kinda excited and have to share
Posted by WannabeFarmboy on Sunday, October 23, 2016 3:45 AM

My birthday was last week, and my dad (a fellow modeler) got me my first Dremel. Super excited about it. Seems like a total game changer for my builds. Got a whole bunch of other stuff too. My mom knew I wanted some modeling related items, but had "absolutely no idea what to get". So, gift card it was. Picked up a V-1 flying bomb to display with the tempest I'm working on now, and 16 MM paints that I'm going to need for some recently acquired future projects. I love Hobbylinc so much. Lol. Anyway, I know that there's probably not much discussion to be had on this topic, but I'm giddy as a little school girl thinking about my next several builds and needed to share.

Thanks y'all. 21? I wish, Tanker! Lol. I hadn't destroyed any of my joints at that age.

The Dremel is VERY handy to have at the bench! I've got 3...cordless for light work and paint stirring(I made a stir stick "T" out of sprue). I bought a corded one, that only had one setting..."ON"...WAY too fast for plastic, out to the garage it went. Bought another corded one, this time it's variable speed...too slow, on up to too fast and just about everywhere in between! Great tool for modeling!
