I got a new hobby, decal making!

I was frustrated that there are few Philippine Airforce subjects so I decided to make my own. Presenting ''Blue Diamond Decal'' set 1. I'm planning to have 5 sets with different aircreaft and different marking on each set. It is printed on one continues sheet and need to cut the artwork individually and comes with separate white backing decals for artwork that has white on it. It will be sold first in the Philippines but soon internationally.

Many thanks for looking.

Be sure to check out the decals forum down in the tools, techniques and reference materials section.  Many of us who make our own decals hang out there.  Are you making them with inkjet printer or with silk screen?

Hi Donn,

I'm not sure where to put it as the decal forum is for tools and techniques but happy for this thread to be moved if needed. I'm printing them on laser printer and here is the new artwork for decal set 2.

Many thanks for looking.

Those actually look pretty darn good! Any plans to do any and future decal offerings in 1/48 scale too?

Those are some nice looking decals. I checked out the Facebook page listed and that's some good looking models built with them.

I too would be interested in a sheet or two in 1/48th.

There are ten different forums in that section.  Decaling is one of them.  Some threads are about finding decals, others about making decals, yet others are about applying them.  Take a look.  There are some real gems among the other nine forums also.

Those look really good, I'll be checking the decal section and your Facebook page to see how things are coming along.

Thanks Gamera for chacking my FB page.

Here is a simple video I've done to show how opaque the white print is.

Thankd for looking.
