Ambroid Pro Weld Evaporating?

Yes, I doubt I've ever used up a whole bottle. Usually empty due to evaporation when I reach for it. Always have a bottle of Testors liquid cement nearby; that stuff lasts years.

Once a year I buy a year's supply of "Same-Stuff" from Micro Mark in 2oz. bottles.  Every bottle top is wrapped in Saran Wrap with elastic bands holding it around the bottle.

I don't even lose 1/16th of an inch in any bottle.

This will solve your problem.

    This seems to be a problem inherent with this product . I solved it by Opening the bottles and putting a foil seal on the top and cranking the top down real tight . This gave me at least a year per bottle . I used a lot of it for court models .

      I have even had this happen to a quart sized can of M.E.K. . I impagine a micro tight seal is unobtainable with anything that has this product as a base . T.B.

I recently had it happen to a bottle of ProWeld, too.  I don't believe their bottles really seal tightly, if they did, it couldn't evaporate.
