Technically my wife lost it.

If anyone can spare a center canopy section of new tooled Airfix P-40B in 1/48? I left mine on the model and it didn't make it back to me after I got tossed out of my mother in-law's place.

Willing to pay or trade. Either works for me. Need a figure painted? Will trade. ;)

Although I'm severely tempted to buy another one just because, I don't have the capital for it at this time and this build has been stalled for months.

Shoot me a PM and let's make a deal. :)

Perhaps drop Airfix a line and see if they can provide a replacement?

Thanks, Phil! I was filling out the form when I got to the bottom I had to open the box to look for the part number and ..son of a... there was the missing part. My wife actually put it in the box for me and I never even checked.

False alarm! Nothing to see here. I'm a dumbaxx.

Please kindly diregard this thread and if a mod could delete it that would be great.

So I lost a hubcap outrunning the meth dealers with Uzis... anyone got one for a 95 Camry?

Mike the story was just getting good!

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Yeah, I thought why delete it, it's a success story (I mean finding such a successful wife!)

Good luck with your build and have a nice day

M. Brindos, I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're dealing with your mother-law.  But at least you found your part.  I send you my best wishes in resolving things between you and your mother-law.

It's an old story that goes back for ages.  If there's anything I can do for you on my end please let me know my mentor!
