What plane is that?

Thanks for that link ridle, great pic there. valom are due to bring out anotehr RB-45 but in the RAF markings the write up alludes to. Looking forward to getting hold of that one.

This one is well in charge of the Korean War Gallery at the National Museum of the Air Force in Dayton, Ohio.  It's big and in your face as you walk into the gallery.  I took a pic, but it was way too blurry to share.  It's impressively sized and positioned.  

North American liked to design their verticals with square ends. Even the twin tails on the Mitchell.

Always liked that plane.  Got to see a couple fly at airshows in the fifties.  Also saw Yaeger flying the XB-51 at an airshow.  That was a spectacular flight  So low, and fast, you could see the shock wave effects around the nose.  The announcer said the field's radar clocked it at over 700, but that could just be announcer hype.  He was really moving and when he got past end of crowd he pulled it up to an almost vertical climb with continual aileron rolls!  Not as pretty as the B-45, but it sure put on a good show!
