Only one way to find out. Either they snap together and don't come apart or they come apart and require glue.  What does it say in fine print?

workable tracks mean no glue. Picture on the box has a crossed out glue bottle with an x over it. No glue.

Which is a silly concept. Figure out how they go together, then glue them, put them on and shape them realistically before they set up.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

They're workable tracks. Glue F1 to G1, trapping part F2 between with no glue. Repeat 55 times.

From what Philsays, they sound similar to Hobby Boss tracks. Instructions the same as well, just check the symbols as ton where you glue.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so
