Creating a tongue in cheek comment on airlines treatment of passengers .
Okay ;
Here's a good one . Take any of the Airliners , Prop or Jet in 1/144 . Now get an " N " scale railroad car used for transporting cattle .
Remove the car wheels and couplers . Mark the length and width on the plane top .Oh , Put the fuselage together and paint the inside on any glazing black including the cockpit .
Now measure , mark and make the cut-out fitting the Rail Car as closely as possible . Fit the rail car down in the cut-out . Glue in place and finish the plane .
Best visual for how they pack air travelers in , Right ? P.S. At the new Braunfels rail Museum we have one flying over the layout . It's that airliner that had the rounded nose glazing and double tubular fuselage .
I forget what it was called . Pan-Am used them . Get ready for the laughs !
