Revell has been in bankruptcy court. Read the other threads in this forum and the FSM Ready Room. No kits being made. If you find a kit you want in hobby shops, stores, or whatever, you'd better pick it up now.

True. I figure Revell and Monogram kit prices will soon be on the upswing.
If you see it on eBay buy it. These aren't going to ever be reissued.

While I don't believe this is the absolute end of Monogram's 1/48 multiengined airplane kits, I agree that others are probably panicking now and that will help drive up prices of remaining retail stocks. I suggest, though, that rather than looking online, you visit any hobby shops near you. As someone else mentioned, HobbyLobby carries Revell-Monogram kits, as does HobbyTown as you know. Michael's and AC Moore do, too. You may find the kit in stock there. I would look at any local, non-chain hobby shop that might be in your area, too. HobbyLobby and Michael's both offer standing discounts-Michael's is usually 40%, and I think HL's is, too. I don't know about AC Moore.
