My 2018 builds.
Posted by Keyda81 on Saturday, December 29, 2018 10:03 AM

I have to say this past year has been more about quality than quantity for me.  Which is something I've had to learn.  Before it was get it started and just work on it until it was done so it could be put on the shelf.  Well that isn't cutting it anymore.  I realized I can do better if I just slow down, pay attention, and take my time.  There are still a few that I just couldn't wait to finish, but they are still an improvement over previous builds.

I'm not going to finish anything else before the year is done.  Seems I haven't even completed one a month, but that's okay.  I do most of my building when it's too cold outside to do anything else.

I've ventured into weathering, and scratch building this year, and I'm pretty happy with how farm I've come in this hobby.  Wouldn't be where I am today with it if it wasn't for the advice from everyone here.  So thanks everyone!  Happy New Years!

You've put a lot on the shelf this past year! It's been fun following your builds, plus the work on the 1:1 Camaro project. Looking forward to seeing Whiskey 7 come together.

Happy New Year!

Congrads Keyda, you haven't been on the forum that long and you're already one of the more skilled and productive members! Looking forward to more including the Camaro!
