First Attempt at hair spray

Tried to use paintbrush and a little tooth brush. Need to clean brush more and do small sections. But learned a lot

I think the whitewash turned out well. Not sure if it's over grey, which would be incorrect for a panther. Also the MG was stored inside the vehicle until needed, so I don't think it would show any elements. Good effort.

Wanted to share another way of doing a white wash that I've used a few times. I read about it in FSM around 6/7 years ago. I've looked through some of my back issues but couldn't find the mag again It's probably boxed up still. The quick of it is you paint your base camo color then flat coat it. Next you dunk the entire thing in water give it a quick shake then spray Tamiya flat white over the entire model just a quick messy coat all you can do in less than a minute. Then dunk it back into the water again and shake it around inside the bowl. Go at it with a old paint brush after that to fine tune some areas. Anyway here is my stab at it not much but it did get me 3rd in the softskin class at the Roscoe Turner 5 years ago.
