Nice year of work.  I haven't done a ship but imagine they take quite some time, especially the carriers.  I built that dauntless (and avenger) as a boy.  Models you could play with. 

N-I-C-E builds. I've tried those 1/700 ships a few times but they always ended up as spare parts. Hands just shake toooooooooooo much. Won 1 in a raffle and gave it to a fellow club member who came to the next show and took a 1st and Best of Ships with it. Some have it and some don't. I'm one that doesn't. I stick to larger sizes as you can see from my avatar.

And considering all the 1/700th aircraft on the decks of the carriers they probably rate about 2-3 times the work of a single 1/48th aircraft or 1/35th armour kit.
