My actual point was about being spammed, not recieving my digital subscriptions and the customer comes last.
My origial post;
"One would have thought in an age of continued contraction of the print media sector, let alone this hobby we all very much enjoy, customer satisfaction would be priority no. 1.
But alias, you have hit the nail on the head, the all mighty dollar wins out again.
And so, another paying subscriber I am, no longer."
And it is not 1 or 2 emails, but dozens.
