Heart of GOLD!
Posted by Tosh on Tuesday, April 02, 2019 4:59 PM

To my fellow forum members,

Eagle90 recently contacted me in regards to a Monogram/Revell B-25J Mitchell.  Engine, props, and partial nacelles were missing.  Eagle90 offered three different Monogram kits to replace and or help build mine.  I chose the closest kit to what I had of which was a glass nose.

Eagle90 had also added a Hasegawa kit for Ezra.  Truly, a heart of gold.  I was not looking for a hand out, understanding this, I knew out of life experiences in that we, no matter who we are, as akin can always always use some help every now and then.  I was not only most appreciated of this act, I verified in that FSM Forums is not only a fantastic model community, it’s my family.

In times of need such sacrifice erases all the bad things that happens in life even for a small moment in time.  Eagle90, thank you from Ezra’s and my heart to your heart of gold!

Good on you Eagle90 (Bobby ) He has helped me in very generous ways as well. He found a hard to get model I was looking for a couple of years and not only told me where to get it, but bought it and sent it to me no charge. You can imagine my surprise when it showed up on my doorstep and it wasn't even my Birthday. What a guy !

Very happy to see the photo of First Officer Ezra and his Hasegawa kit, that super nice gesture from Eagle90 must have put big smiles on both of your faces.
