Hey, Fesan -
I think I gave you my feedback on Badger airbrushes, if that was you then I believe I also recommended USA Airbrush as a source for purchasing. I donated four Badger 200's that I retired, giving them to FSM members that didn't have an airbrush. I rebuilt them to new condition, using new parts that I bought from USA Airbrush, in several different orders.
Their service was perfect for me, I feel badly you had a problem using them. That's the nature of todays business world, incomplete communications and delays in items ordered. But when thousands of orders come in, it takes very little to get mistakes at the steps along the way. We'd all like to think that if something is not in stock, then the purchaser would be notified of it right then. You were not at all unreasonable, expressing concerns about your order status.
I ordered some Tamiya paints through my hobby shop, they called me today saying it was in. Only part of it was in, four colors were not there. Then I get the usual statement, "the rest are back ordered." General Motors could build and deliver any car in their lineup faster than my little paint order is coming along.
Maybe I will begin just finishing models with Crayon's after all, it's a short drive to Wally World. Anyway, I feel badly you may have taken my recommendation and ordered from USA. I'll still use them, but I'll be watchful at the time of ordering. I hate it when an order of mine gets routed through some interstellar trip, with an unknown ETA.
I hope you like your airbrushes when they are both in your hands, and you have a chance to get acquainted with them.
(Does your wife know about them yet????)
