Could have got it through tcp global website. Never heard of USA Airbrush Company. You should have a number listed on your invoice.

Was it listed as backordered when you first put the order in? If so, I would have held off in placing the order to begin with. There’s no telling when they’ll restock. It could weeks or months.

The other option is cancel the order altogether and get it elsewhere.

Glad you posted this I was considering placing an order with them but having been through the same type of issue in the past, just a different company I was dealing with, I will not do business with a company I can't talk to. I hope you get your issue resolved soon.

sadly i placed the order last tuesday and got an email on friday saying they are waiting on a delivery and may take 3 weeks. Today i got an email that yes its back ordered. No clue what on the list is back ordered, if they will ship an incomplete order, but hell they had no problem banging my card second i ordered it.

I think you’re overacting a little bit. Relax. Give it a chance. 3 weeks isn’t really that long. If you’re dead against waiting and feeling you’re getting screwed over because they’re holding the charges against you, cancel the order and buy it elsewhere. End of story.

Maybe you need to start comparing prices instead of jumping on the one shop thinking you’re getting the best deal. Make sure they have a customer support number on their site. Apparently USA Airbrush Supply doesn’t have one and it raises a red flag in my book. The

Heh... and you got all worked up for nothing. Sometimes you need to take a deep breath before jumping to conclusions. Glad things worked out for you.

Hey, Fesan -

I think I gave you my feedback on Badger airbrushes, if that was you then I believe I also recommended USA Airbrush as a source for purchasing. I donated four Badger 200's that I retired, giving them to FSM members that didn't have an airbrush. I rebuilt them to new condition, using new parts that I bought from USA Airbrush, in several different orders.

Their service was perfect for me, I feel badly you had a problem using them. That's the nature of todays business world, incomplete communications and delays in items ordered. But when thousands of orders come in, it takes very little to get mistakes at the steps along the way. We'd all like to think that if something is not in stock, then the purchaser would be notified of it right then. You were not at all unreasonable, expressing concerns about your order status.

I ordered some Tamiya paints through my hobby shop, they called me today saying it was in. Only part of it was in, four colors were not there. Then I get the usual statement, "the rest are back ordered." General Motors could build and deliver any car in their lineup faster than my little paint order is coming along.

Maybe I will begin just finishing models with Crayon's after all, it's a short drive to Wally World. Anyway, I feel badly you may have taken my recommendation and ordered from USA. I'll still use them, but I'll be watchful at the time of ordering. I hate it when an order of mine gets routed through some interstellar trip, with an unknown ETA.

I hope you like your airbrushes when they are both in your hands, and you have a chance to get acquainted with them.

(Does your wife know about them yet????)
