Checking in; and a “shout out” to all you guys and gals

Joined the group a few months ago but things have been pretty hectic up until now. Moved across the state last summer to a temporary house; now to our permanent house this week. Two moves in four months...Finally I’ll be able to get my tools and bench organized and get going. Just wanted to say that this is a great group and I’ve learned a lot by just reading posts. Can’t wait to try some of these techniques.

I have built up a minor stash of armor kits over the past few months. So far:

Trumpeter 1/16 M16 half track, Tamiya M4A3E8 new version, Tamiya M40 self propelled howitzer, Tamiya early production M4. Will be ordering Tamiya M10 and Asuka M4A1(76mm). That should keep me busy for awhile.

Would love to hear comments, reviews, and tips on any of these. Figured I’d start with the less complicated Tamiya tanks and build up to the big M16 as a finale to this phase.

Thanks again for making this an informative and stress free place to hang out and discuss our hobbies.
