Hi All,

I'm looking for some tips on paint and weathering a Panzer III during initial days of the blitzkrieg....colors, washes, you tube videos, etc.

Hi All,

Blitzkrieg days covers a couple of years. For Poland 1939 and France/Belgium/Holland 1940, the base color should be dark gray with a disruptive pattern of dark brown. For the Balkans and Russia 1941, the base color will be the solid dark gray. Markings evolved over that time period, and with some variation amongst the units. As far as weathering goes, that depends upon which campaign you plan to depict.
