Did anybody ever order something from Model Airplane Depot (modelairplanedepot.com)? If so, what was your experience?

I order AMK F-14 Tomcat in November,2019. Recieved it at the end of January! I to was unable to contact them. Was I lucky? That makes them better than Internet Hobbies and HobbyModels.Com.. Wish FineScale and the like would do more to notify us!
This appears to be the same "company" as Hobby Models with the same address. I ordered a few magazines and it has taken months to get them and was sent wrong one. Numerous emails and I get a few responses. Best one is not open till 1pm and then no response. Multiple complaints on BBB. Very shady businesses that appear to be ran from same location.
