Here's an interesting Thought.

Hmmmmmmm;

         It got dark out there din't it? Okay yer here. Where's here? Hades Hobby Shop and workroom. Guess that's why yer here, Huh? Just had to count that poor newbies rivets dintchya?

        Well, here's the model you gotta build. Yup, it's a big Bomber. You will add rivets to it all day one at a time with tweezers. Oh, did I tell ya there's at least seventy five thousand on this bomber. Yup, just for you! Just think, at the end of the day, the boss will count them too. And he'll remove them all so you'll have a clean model to start on in the morning!

 Oh, sorry about the suit you gotta wear. Yeah ,the last guy was bigger than you. What? It's heavy, Well it's only made of three layers of rivets! See,Ya shoulda just looked the fella in the eye and said " That's a good job fella" "How long did it take to build it?" But no, you had to comment on the lack of rivets on the cowls just before you arrived here. Oh Well, Have a nice day!  Bye !

LOL, TB.

That's why I don't show at contests.....My stuff is not of that caliber, and I don't want the judging staff to slide down that slope and get the suit jacket.

Hey Goldhammer;

 I expected someone other than you to respond. You feel the same way I do. If I judge,I don't worry about rivets, I guage the model on Craftsmanship,Quality of Build and best use of extra parts. I know nothing of Camo types and all that. I want the builders to keep building. If they get criticised all the time they will drop out and that's the modeling community's loss.

I'm with you T.B. Yes.

I guess I've said it a few times before. I build "Stand Off Scale". Back off a few feet and it looks great.

I wonder when it all started? I can see some guy painting an antelope on a cave wall way back when and some other guy pointing at it and yelling that he used the wrong colour brown.
