Kudos to Round 2 / Polar Lights! I recently had to order a couple of missing parts for their Klingon K't'inga Battle Cruiser. They have a dedicated web site just for ordering parts. All you have to do is fill out a simple form, provide proof of purchase, hit submit, and zip! A week later, my parts arrived by first class mail. I didn't even have to talk to anyone, although I could have, if I needed to. This is a first-class supplier!
